PRIVATE CODE FOR ACCOMODATION
Each participant will need to book and pay for their own accommodation. These prices below are exclusive for those confirmed participants who will come only to Asturias for the 4th ERP. The host READER provides an official and privated code by email to those confirmed participants. When booking the hotel, participants will have to give this code, their personal data such us name, last name, organisation, etc., and inform that they belong to ERP 2019.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Most accommodations have the “online booking” system blocked on their websites to avoid external bookings. We strongly recommend that participants contact the accommodations by email to make their reservations.
N.B. PLEASE, DON’T FORGET TO REGISTERED THROUGH THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION MAIL TO PARTICIPATE AT ERP 2019, AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION AND FLIGHT OR OTHER WAY OF TRANSPORT!
TRANSFER BUS TO AND FROM ACCOMMODATION
We will organise transfer buses to pick up and take participants to and from accommodations when they are not located in Candás. The accomodations located in Candás are an average of 5-minutes walk approximately, from the main celebration center of ERP 2019.
